PURCHASE OF TICKETS AT THE DOOR:

You can buy your tickets at the door, as long as the event hasn’t sold out. We suggest arriving early to make sure you don’t miss out!

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE:

It’s easy to get your tickets online at matineeeaster.net or ticketmaster.es. During the festival, you can also buy tickets at the entrance of each event. Make sure to get your tickets from official sources to guarantee access—we can’t help with counterfeit or invalid tickets.

With the Matinée Easter Weekend season pass, you can enjoy all the events, skip the lines, and save 35% compared to buying tickets at the door. If you only want to attend specific events, individual tickets are also available.

ACCESS TO THE VENUE

Everyone is welcome to join us, no matter their sexual orientation—this is a space for everyone to celebrate and have fun.

Please note that entry to the festival is strictly for those aged 18 and over. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID, as it may be required to confirm your age.

We recommend arriving early, as some venues have limited capacity. Entry is guaranteed only for those who have purchased their tickets in advance.

While we aim for quick access to the parties, the size of the event may cause occasional delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this happens.

If you leave a party and wish to return later, please be aware that you’ll need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter.

SECURITY

For everyone’s safety, backpacks and bags will be checked before entering the parties, as required by law. Entry will not be allowed if you refuse to undergo this inspection.

The organization reserves the right to deny admission to anyone whose behavior is offensive, violent, or inappropriate, or if they appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

Please note that bringing illegal substances, alcohol, drinks or liquids, recording devices, weapons, or dangerous items into the venue is strictly prohibited.

Once a ticket is purchased, it can only be exchanged or refunded if the event is canceled, as stated in clause 1.3. According to Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, exchanges or refunds are not permitted under any other circumstances.

All venues hosting Matinée Easter Weekend events are fully equipped to ensure accessibility for individuals with reduced mobility.

Your safety is our priority. Every party will have medical teams available, strategically placed throughout the venue to provide assistance if needed.

If you feel unwell during a party, take a moment to rest, hydrate, and eat some carbohydrates. Our medical professionals are always ready to help if necessary.

All Matinée Easter Weekend events will also have respectful and experienced security staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone

What to do if you experience theft, discrimination, or homophobic aggression:

• Stay calm and immediately call 112 for assistance.
• Try to remember who was involved and exactly where the incident occurred.
• If you’ve been injured, go to the nearest health center and request a medical report.
• Make sure the report includes all the details you provide about the incident.

Tips for respectful and responsible behavior:
To maintain a positive relationship with the local community, please avoid the following:

• Walking around shirtless outside of beach areas.
• Drinking alcohol in public streets.
• Creating noise disturbances (e.g., screaming or shouting).
• Purchasing from unauthorized street vendors.
• Littering or leaving trash in public spaces.

By purchasing a ticket, attendees grant their consent to appear in photos and videos taken during the events, unless they notify the organization in writing beforehand. These images may be used later for promotional, informational, or commercial purposes.

All venues will offer cloakroom services, allowing you to safely store your belongings during the event.
