Tickets can be purchased at the door as long as the party is not sold out.

ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE:

Purchase your tickets at matineeeaster.net or ticketmaster.es. You can also do so during the festival at each of the parties. Only official tickets will guarantee access to the festival. The promoter will not be responsible for any possible counterfeits.

Matinée Easter Weekend offers season passes that grant you free access to all parties, without waiting in line, and with a 35% saving compared to the total ticket prices at the door. You can also purchase individual tickets for each event.

ACCESS TO THE VENUE

All attendees are more than welcome, regardless of their sexual orientation.

Entrance to the festival is not permitted for individuals under 18 years of age. Remember to always carry identification with you.

We recommend arriving early to the parties, as some venues have limited capacity and access will only be guaranteed to those who have purchased their tickets in advance.

Access to the parties is fast, but due to the size of the event, there may be some delays, so we appreciate your patience if this occurs.

If you have left a party and wish to re-enter the venue, you will need to purchase a new ticket.

SECURITY

Before entering each party, backpacks or bags will be inspected as required by law. Refusal of this inspection will result in denial of entry to the venue.

The organization reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone whose attitude is deemed offensive or violent, or who shows signs of being under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

It is prohibited to enter the festival with illegal substances, alcohol, drinks or liquids, audio and video recorders, weapons, or dangerous items.

Once the ticket is purchased, it will only be exchanged or refunded in the event of cancellation of the event in accordance with clause 1.3. In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, no exchanges or refunds are allowed under other circumstances.

All venues hosting the main events of Matinée Easter Weekend are equipped to ensure access for individuals with reduced mobility.

For your safety, all parties will have strategically distributed medical assistance teams.

If you feel unwell during a party, rest, hydrate, and consume carbohydrates. If necessary, seek medical assistance. All events will have a team of professionals ready to take care of you.

What to do if you are a victim of theft, discrimination, or homophobic aggression?

• Stay calm and call 112.
• Remember who was there and where everything happened.
• If you have been injured, go directly to the health center and ask for a medical report.
• Make sure that the report includes all the details you have stated.

Tips for good civic behavior:

To ensure a respectful relationship with locals, we advise against doing the following:

• Going shirtless if not near beach areas.
• Drinking alcohol in the streets.
• Noise pollution (screaming, shouting, etc)
• Buying from illegal street vendors.
• Littering on public roads.

By purchasing your tickets, unless a written communication is submitted to the organization, attendees consent to appear in images taken during the events for their subsequent distribution for promotional, informational, or commercial purposes.

Each venue will have a cloakroom service where you can leave your belongings.
